Founded in 2004, Jiangxi Huawu Precision Casting Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary company of Jiangxi Huawu Brake Co., Ltd., which will soon be listed on the stock exchange. Our company is located in Fengxin City, Jiangxi Province, covering an area of 41,000 square meters. Our company is 40km away from Nanchang City (the capital of Jiangxi Province) and 600km away from Ningbo Port.

Huawu provides high-quality products with perfect control system and advanced production techniques. We passed the evaluation of ISO9001:2000 quality system certification in 2005. Our company can independently undertake routine performance testing of extensional rigidity, hardness, yield strength, percentage of elongation, and -60 cent degree low temperature impact. There are two production lines in our foundry: sodium silicate investment casting and colloidal silica investment casting. Our annual production capacity is 10,000 tons. Our products include accessories used for port cranes, cars and excavators. The materials are ferrous materials, such as carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel. We are a main brake part supplier for ZPMC (Shanghai Zhenhua Port Machinery Corporation).

Huawu is devoted to the research of wear-resistant materials. Adopting merits from others, our company has developed a series of advanced materials in order to match different excavators and meet different industrial requirements. Our bucket teeth have good impact ductility and wearing resistance, and can reduce considerably the frequency of teeth replacement. Gas cutting and electric welding are not applied in producing process in order to avoid micro crack caused by heating impact.

Huawu is also devoted to researching and improving technology of large-scale precision casting production. We have a mechanized production line specifically predicting large precision castings. We provide end bits of 160kg, bucket teeth, and adaptors over 50kg. The rate of qualified finished products is over 95%.
